Orders can only be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and state your order number.

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process. Orders above [€100] are shipped for free in Belgium and the Netherlands. For other countries, different rates apply.
Delivery times:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: Orders placed before 4pm are usually delivered the next working day.
  • Other European countries: 2-5 working days

You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
